#GoodMeat Series 2 sees Bondi Surfer-Chef, Guy Turland of Bondi Harvest embark on a journey to discover the causes of methane emissions fromAustralian beef

cattle and some of the unique ways that scientists and farmers are working together to decrease those emissions and reduce their carbon footprint.

Livestock production accounts for approximately 10% of total greenhouse gas emissions in Australia, which is lower than the global average of approximately

14%. As a country, we have also reduced the intensity of emissions by 14% over the past three decades.
